Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The watch is not damaged or dirty.
- The watch is returned in its original box.
- Return packing and delivery charges, totaling Rs 450, are paid by the customer.

At the time of pickup, our courier will open the package in front of you to verify that the watch and its box are inside and in good condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The watch is not damaged or spoiled.
- Our courier will first inspect the returned watch in front of you.
- You tell us which new watch you would like in exchange (subject to availability).
- Exchange delivery charges of Rs 300 are paid in advance.

REFUNDS
Once your returned watch has been received and checked, your refund for the price of the watch will be processed by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item, or a watch that is faulty or damaged during delivery, please contact us on the day you receive it. In this case, we will cover the return and replacement delivery charges.
